Church building repurposing – Germain St. Theatre School

This blog has has several posts about repurposing churches that have stopped being used by congregations.  The CBC reports that if The Interaction Children’s Theatre raises enough funds by the end of July that they will close a deal to purchase Germain Street United Baptist Church’s building at the corner of Germain St and Queen St.

The theatre group is reported to have plans to expand their offerings to include high school credited courses for youth with theatrical aspirations.
